Return & Refund

Thanks for shopping at PaparkoneShop.

Please remind that all the items offered at the webshop are handmade and glazed one by one. They might have minor differences such as color, capacity or millimeters.

The offer contains an accurate description of the offered items. Paparkone makes use of visual material, these are faithful representations of the items offered. Paparkone cannot, however, guarantee that the color(s) of the items as shown at the webshop agree exactly with the actual color(s) of the items. How color is represented depends on the settings of the user’s computer.
If you are not entirely satisfied or have any problem with your purchase, we're here to help.

Damages

In case of damages of your delivered item, please contact us immediately at:  hello@paparkone.com. Please keep the packaging and we'll explain how to proceed.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, this date being recorded by the delivery service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within 15 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
